Privacy Policy

OnePawzo is operated by ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India. In this policy, "OnePawzo", "we", "us" and "our" mean ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED and the branch or clinic location you interact with.

We collect only the information we genuinely need to deliver the OnePawzo experience — your account details, your pets' health records, the appointments you book and the orders you place.

Some information you give us directly when you sign up or update a pet profile. Other information we generate when you use the app — for example, the appointment number we assign you when a vet visit is confirmed.

• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, addresses you save for delivery or pickup.
• Pet records: species, breed, vaccination history, allergies and any documents you upload.
• Bookings & orders: services you book, products you buy, the branch you transact with.
• Device data: a minimal cookie that keeps you signed in and remembers your branch pick.

We use your information to provide the service: route bookings to the right doctor at the right branch, ship the right product to the right address and surface the right history when you visit a clinic.

We never sell your data. We use it strictly to operate OnePawzo, comply with applicable law and improve the product based on aggregated, anonymous usage signals.

We share information with the people and systems necessary to honour what you've asked us to do.

• Veterinarians at the clinic you book — limited to the pet record relevant to that visit.
• Payment processors handling card / UPI transactions, governed by their own PCI-compliant terms.
• Logistics partners delivering shop orders to your address.
• Government authorities when required by valid legal process — never for marketing.

You can update your profile, delete saved addresses or remove a pet at any time from the portal. Account deletion removes all directly identifying data within 30 days; anonymised aggregates may persist for analytics.

If you'd like a downloadable copy of your data or a complete erasure request, write to privacy@onepawzo.in and we'll get back to you within seven business days.

Your data is stored in encrypted databases in our region. Authentication tokens are short-lived and rotated regularly. Document and image uploads sit behind signed URLs that expire shortly after use.

Even with all of that, no system is invulnerable — if you spot something that doesn't look right, please tell us at security@onepawzo.in so we can patch it quickly.
