Terms of Service

OnePawzo is a brand of ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED, incorporated in India. These terms are a contract between you and ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. References to "OnePawzo", "we", "us" or "our" mean ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED unless the context is clearly about a specific branch.

By creating a OnePawzo account or using any part of our service — booking a visit, browsing the shop, uploading a pet record — you accept these terms with ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

We may update these terms occasionally. The 'last updated' date at the top of the page tells you when, and material changes are flagged on your dashboard the next time you sign in.

You're responsible for the actions taken on your account, including keeping your password safe and not sharing your login. Tell us straight away at security@onepawzo.in if you suspect unauthorised access.

You must be 18+ to maintain a OnePawzo account. Minors can be linked as caregivers via a parent's account but cannot transact independently.

Slot availability is shown in real time but is held for everyone — confirmation only happens when you complete the booking step. Some services require an in-person assessment before they can be performed; the doctor will note this on your booking.

Each confirmed appointment receives a unique AP- ticket number you can quote at reception. Hold on to it — it's the fastest way for our staff to find your record.

Prices shown include applicable taxes unless explicitly noted. Card and UPI payments are processed by certified payment partners; we never store full card numbers on OnePawzo servers.

Stock can change between adding to cart and checkout — if a product becomes unavailable we'll either swap it for an equivalent or refund that line, and we'll tell you which before it ships.

Vet visits can be cancelled or rescheduled up to four hours before the start time, with no charge. Late cancellations may be charged a small consultation fee at the clinic's discretion.

Shop orders can be cancelled before they leave our warehouse — once the order ships, our standard returns policy applies.

OnePawzo is for genuine pet-care needs. Reselling appointments, scraping the shop, or uploading content that isn't yours will get an account suspended.

You also agree not to attempt to interfere with the service — no DoS attempts, no probing for vulnerabilities outside our published bug-bounty channel (security@onepawzo.in).

OnePawzo provides the service 'as is'. We do our best to keep it accurate, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted access or that every product description is free of mistakes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ONE PAWZO PETS CARE PRIVATE LIMITED's aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount you paid OnePawzo in the 12 months preceding the claim.
